I've now started doing Karate.
Only one lesson so far which was absolutely exhausting but thoroughly enjoyable.
Whilst doing a bit of searching, I found this site which contains all the japanese names for techniques, stances etc.

Im starting Karate (again) next week.
I used to do Shotokan Karate when I was about 12 and i've always wanted to get into it again.
I found a website the other day of a Karate club in Eastbourne.
I went along on Monday and was quite impressed. Im trying to persuade my brother to come with me as he could do with the workout even more than me :)
