Passed my first Karate grading on Wednesday so I'm now one step closer to that black belt.
Apparently I need to work on my balance a bit and concentrate on my footwork.

Just got some info about an overnight paranormal investigation at Tutbury castle in Staffordshire in April

It was on Most Haunted (Living TV ya fools) in series 2 and you get to spend the night looking for ghosts for the bargain price of �40

Ive been ill with flu for the past few days.

This is annoying for several reasons but mostly for the fact that it has now spoiled my comeback when people tell me they've had the flu.

I usually tell them that I'm only ill when I have no work to do.

This is no longer the case.

Grrr. and I'd have gotten away with it if it weren't for those pesky kids

Showers are so much better than baths

I had an interesting Karate lesson yesterday

Our sensei was talking about controlled agression and how it equates to power and presence

Moost people who dont do karate just think its violence - beating people up for the sake of it

I've been looking into it further and for anyone whos interested, have found some interesting links
