It's three years since I posted here and it shows... ;)

I still have my tech blog over at GeekDojo but I now have two other blogs.

Vox is my common-all-garden general purpose blog
Men-talhealth is my brand spanking new blog (and website) all about mens mental health issues.

I'll leave this blog here for posterity but I won't be making any further posts to it.

The site I have my technical blog hosted on has now been upgraded to the latest version of .TEXT which allows us to post entries that aren't aggregated to the main site. Therefore I can post about whatever i like without worrying about going 'off message'.

Passed my first Karate grading on Wednesday so I'm now one step closer to that black belt.
Apparently I need to work on my balance a bit and concentrate on my footwork.

Just got some info about an overnight paranormal investigation at Tutbury castle in Staffordshire in April

It was on Most Haunted (Living TV ya fools) in series 2 and you get to spend the night looking for ghosts for the bargain price of �40

Ive been ill with flu for the past few days.

This is annoying for several reasons but mostly for the fact that it has now spoiled my comeback when people tell me they've had the flu.

I usually tell them that I'm only ill when I have no work to do.

This is no longer the case.

Grrr. and I'd have gotten away with it if it weren't for those pesky kids

Showers are so much better than baths

Quicker, easier and leaves you feeling better too :D

I had an interesting Karate lesson yesterday

Our sensei was talking about controlled agression and how it equates to power and presence

Moost people who dont do karate just think its violence - beating people up for the sake of it
